   Clubs & Teams  

Figure - more in depth and more individualized than Saturday beginner group lessons. Skaters will reinforce and refine beginner skills and learn Advanced skills. Skaters are eligible to Compete and perform in in-house demonstrations and performances. Practices are Mon & Friday 4-5:30 and includes a Sat or Sun group lesson class. Club dues are $50/mo

 Fitness - Club benefits include fitness sessions, free admission on Adult night (Sun 7-9:30pm), Public session discounts ($1 off or Family rate
can be used any public session except pigouts), 10% off skate purchases, 10% off birthday parties.  Fitness sessions are 45-60 minutes with approx 30 minutes cardio and approx 20 minutes strengthening and toning major muscles groups followed by approx 10 minutes of stretching.  Cost is $30/mo.

jam - Jam Lessons are Wed 5-6pm & Saturdays 6:30-7:30pm - 6 weeks for $40.  Club practices are 2-3 times/wk.  The club is available for performances and competitions. Club dues are $50/mo.

SPEED - Learn to skills and techniques to be a speed skater. Participate in in-house and local competitions. Travel to competitions in the Northeast. Club dues are $50/mo.
